Scrum Facilitators

The Advanced Scrum Master Training Program is a 3-month online program for Scrum Masters that want to challenge themselves towards becoming better and more confident in their craft. Each session you attend focuses on a different Scrum subject area. You will be guided, supported, and encouraged to explore deeper into subject areas than you have before, collaborate, and evolve ideas for change even further. By the end of the journey, you will emerge with tools, skills, and frameworks that can be used to accelerate your career and support those you work with going forward.

Personal Supervision & Feedback

To become a great Scrum Master, you need endless practice and support. In this program, you’ll experience in-depth situational practice, gained through a rigorous program of advanced-level training, supervision, and feedback.

Path to Excellence

After participating in this program, you will have substantially raised your Scrum effectiveness and your potential for success as a Professional Scrum Master.

Working with Peers

Throughout the program, you will work in a small group of like-minded individuals all wanting to improve their knowledge and expertise.

Program Duration - 3 Months

Three virtual Scrum.org Professional Scrum Courses supported by two Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainers:
- Each of the Scrum.org classes comes with the opportunity to earn industry recognised certification from Scrum.org

  The expectation is you make yourself available for these sessions at a dedicated time in the evening for 1 Hour maximum every week throughout the Program - Your attendance is of course optional, but it would be recommended as beneficial to attend as many sessions as as possible
Access to a dedicated closed online support platform which will guide you through homework, squad questions and optional activities to grow your knowledge throughout your journey

Expect to spend at least 3 to 5 hours per week on certification

Who should take this course?

This is an advanced program specifically designed for Scrum Masters who have a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework and are looking to take their knowledge and confidence to an advanced level.

It is particularly beneficial for those people with at least one year of Scrum Master experience. Attendance of a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master course is highly advantageous.

All candidates will have an opportunity to talk with the course leaders before the course commences to make sure they are comfortable with the expectations and expected outcomes.

Month 1:

Class - The Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) course - The PSM II is an advanced course helping students to understand the stances that characterize an effective Scrum Master and servant-leader while diving deep into how they serve the Developers, Product Owner and organization.

Squad & Leader Program - How to engage with your team members, stakeholders, and colleagues in ways that encourage trust, promote self-management, increase transparency, and cause motion into delivery.

Month 2:

Class - The Scrum.org Professional Scrum™ with Kanban (PSK) course - The PSK is an interactive, activity-based training course that teaches experienced Scrum Masters and other Scrum practitioners how to improve the way they work by applying Kanban practices in the context of Professional Scrum.

Squad & Leader Program - How to inspect and adapt your delivery system from a perspective of flow; the potential strategies and tactics to utilise when answering “When can I have it?” - all based on Empirical evidence rather than the hope of what is possible.

Month 3:

Class - Professional Agile Leadership™ – Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) - The EBM course, engages participants with the purpose of Evidence Based Management and how to apply it through hands-on, activity-based learning. Through a series of exercises participants learn techniques that support a more agile mindset:

Squad & Leader Program - How to identify and measure the impact of agile transformations on the team, organisation and ultimately the customer. Articulate goals that encourage self-management and empower teams connecting their outcomes to customer value.
