MEET THE TRAINERS
Every Scrum Facilitators training is facilitated by two experienced trainers.
Hi everyone, I’m Kai Stevens – a passionate product owner with over 12 years of Product Owner experience in different environments and a drive to build game-changing (software) products together with inspiring people. In the past years, I have worked with several development teams on challenging products. I am experienced in all aspects of product ownership ranging from vision and strategy all the way down to the tactics. You will find me pushing the limits to release early and often to validate assumptions and deliver value at a rapid pace. When working with me you will experience a compelling WHY at any time while I leave the HOW to others with clear boundaries to become successful. Besides my work as a product owner, I also run my own company: The Product Owner Coach. The mission of The Product Owner Coach is to help other product owners grow further in this beautiful but challenging role. The workshops and training I provide tap right into my daily experience as a product owner which helps bridging theory to daily practise in reality.
Hi! I am a seasoned practitioner, and while I have not filled a Product Owner role myself, I have always had a keen interest in all things Product and putting the human side of Product Management first. I am powered by curiosity and energy that transfers equally in person and on screen. Assumptions are part of our human nature, and Scrum and its Empirical nature help us get those assumptions clear, collaborate to validate or dispel them as a team, and use the information we learn to make better decisions and build more valuable products. Check out my linkedin profile for more background of my career.
To allow as many people as possible to connect with us during this course, the course language is English by default. If you are Dutch and struggle with english, feel free to reach out and we’ll see how we can accommodate your learning. In case the whole class speaks Dutch, we will provide the training in Dutch.
